The coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis spreading and its rattling impact on all people and institutions reveals our acute sense of responsibilities to our teams around the world, our communities and of course, to you, our customers who are proud to partner with and serve every day. The outbreak is moving quickly, and this note reflects our initiatives as of March 13, 2020. We will update it if any changes occur.
With this developing situation, we are taking increased measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our employees.
- We have canceled all business travel and recommended that our team members avoid non-urgent personal travel as well.
- We require all team members in the US and Europe to work remotely. We are closely monitoring the situation in India and in other parts of the world where we operate and will institute a work from the home policy if the situation warrants. As a global company, we have the supporting security and VPN infrastructure to safely and securely work from home.
- We have increased our channels of communication and prioritized any messages we receive from you.
We are preparing for different scenarios, including the possibility of all team-members working remotely if required. As a cloud-based SaaS company with a reliable and secure infrastructure, we can manage any business continuity challenges virtually. We have done our due diligence with our technology partners and anticipate no impact to our service and believe in our ability to keep the platform running and expanding as usual, with no interruption.
Our primary responsibility to you is to make sure that we ensure the continuity of our services of course but in these critical times, we want to make ourselves available to support you and your business in any way we can.
